These terms govern your use of the websites, apps, and services provided by Mudwood Labs, a DBA of Mudwood LLC ("we," "us"). By using our software or websites, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps as published on the App Store, subject to Apple's standard end-user license agreement and these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or attempt to extract source code from our apps except as permitted by law. You agree not to use our software in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

No professional advice

Tradecraft Calc, Tradecraft Snap, and other Mudwood Labs apps are tools to assist your work. They do not constitute engineering, construction, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying calculations and decisions before relying on them in the field.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mudwood LLC and Mudwood Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our software or websites. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Trademarks

"Mudwood," "Mudwood Labs," "Tradecraft," "Tradecraft Calc," and "Tradecraft Snap" are trademarks of Mudwood LLC. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
