Mudwood Labs is the software DBA of Mudwood LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information our website and apps collect, what we do with it, and what we do not do with it. Plain language; no surprises.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising.
• We do not embed third-party advertising or tracking SDKs in our apps.
• We do not require an account to use the Tradecraft apps.
• We do not access your contacts, photo library, location, or microphone unless an app feature you actively use needs it — in which case iOS and macOS will prompt you for permission first.

Information our apps handle

Tradecraft Calc

Tradecraft Calc performs calculations entirely on your device. The values you enter and the results produced are stored locally in the app and are not transmitted to us. If iCloud sync is enabled by you, your data is synced through your personal iCloud account under Apple's terms; we do not have access to it.

Tradecraft Snap

Tradecraft Snap stores captured content (photos, notes, job organization data) locally on your device. The app uses the camera and, optionally, the photo library — only after you grant permission. Captured content is not transmitted to Mudwood Labs. If iCloud sync is enabled by you, content is synced through your personal iCloud account; we do not have access to it.

Diagnostic data

If you opt in to share diagnostic data through iOS or macOS settings, Apple may share aggregated, anonymized crash reports with us. These reports help us fix bugs and contain no personal content.

Information you send us directly

If you email support@mudwoodlabs.com, we receive your message, your reply address, and any attachments you include. We use this only to respond to you and to track recurring issues. We retain support correspondence as long as needed for that purpose.

Website

This website does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Standard server logs may record IP addresses and user agents for security and operational purposes, and are retained for a limited period.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Because the Tradecraft apps store your data on your own device (and optionally in your own iCloud), you can delete that data at any time by deleting the app or removing items inside it. To request deletion of any support correspondence we have on file, email support@mudwoodlabs.com.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the apps and on this page.
